I'm Lynnae (Lin-a-uh) Gudmundson of LynnaeYoga, Welcome!!
Practice, Teach, Study, Repeat! I love this pattern and strive to keep expanding and learning in order to create interesting classes for my students.
Yoga discovered me in 2002 and I was immediately smitten. Yoga is so many things: practice, focus, endurance, stillness, patience, effort, mindfulness and many more.
Over 20 years, and NOT a straight line, later I came face to face with yoga teacher training at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in MInneapolis, MN. I completed my 235 hour training in the Spring of 2020 and took some time to practice teaching and think about all I had learned. In the 2020-2022 online world it seemed appropriate to begin my next chapter of study in an online program. I completed my 300 hour yoga teacher training through Michelle Young's school, My Vinyasa Practice (based in Austin, TX) in February 2023. So in yoga math I am a certified 200YT + 300YT =500 YT.

Great class for an evening wind-down. Settle into a 1/2 mat space for this calming flow. A blanket and block will be helpful tools for this class!
